I love connecting kids of all ages with books.  I have two daughters, Brittany and Emily, who also love books.

EDUCATION

I am a graduate of North Scott Community School District.  I went to the University of Northern Iowa to get my BA in Elementary Education. After teaching 1st grade and 3rd grade I went back in 2006 to get my MA in School Library Media also from UNI. In 2012 I returned to UNI once again to get my TAG endorsement.  

CLASSES

I will be teaching library class which will include some research skills, digital citizenship, different types of literature and story time.  I also hope to be helping prepare a strong Battle of the Books team, or two , or three.
