Welcome! I'm Kimberly Arnold and I am the Office Manager for the North Central Consortium School

About Me
I grew up in Olympia, Washington and moved to Fort Dodge, Iowa in 2000. I got engaged to Gerome McDonald in 2005. I have two beautiful stepchildren, Donovan and Lindsey, and Gerome and I have two daughters, Daisha and Jaylynne. I also have one grandchild Zayla. Gerome and I have been together for over 17 years.

What most people don't know about me is that I am a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in 2010. I have been in remission for 4 years. One more thing is that I was a Princess for our School in the Local LakeFair parade. What is a princess you say? Well, we ride on the big floats in parades. This was a great honor for me, as I had overcome some big obstacles in life to get there.

I have worked on the current site of the North Central Consortium School for 17 years. I started my journey in Iowa working for Rabiner Treatment Center. I then moved to the school secretary and I am currently the office manager. I enjoy working with all types of students. I myself went to an alternative school during high school. This is where I met some of the most wonderful teachers and staff. My alternative school is no longer open, but they really gave me a new outlook on education.
