Dusty Meyn

My name is Dusty Meyn. I have a passion for teaching and coaching. I have been coaching my whole life. When I was in college I coached my hometown’s little league (1st-8th grade). A few years later I coached Boyden-Hull Rock Valley’s JV baseball team. The interesting part that came with that job was driving the bus. I was 21 years old driving a school bus! I was the head girls basketball coach for Forest City for nine years. While at Forest City I volunteered for a few years with the baseball team and coached JH boys track for ten years. I am currently coaching JV boys basketball here at MNW. It is fun to help kids develop different skills and hopefully teach them life lessons through sports.

EDUCATION

I received my Bachelors Degree in Business Education and Business Management from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. I played basketball for one year and baseball all four years at NWC. I received my Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Dakota State University in May 2015.
