Our on-site bakery was built and designed by the students of the 2011-2012 school year. The NCCS bakery, part of our business course, provides students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of cooking & baking, while also learning to manage the components of operating a business.

Our music program surveys different musical styles and periods with the purpose of increasing students’ understanding of music and the importance in relation to human experience. Our school piano lab gives the students an opportunity to practice and improve their skills at their own pace.

This course provides students with the opportunity to learn a variety of sports and sport related movements as well as health and fitness concepts. Wellness topics relate to nutrition, fitness and health. Emphasis is placed on active participation and positive social interaction during fitness and sport activities.
