Welcome! I'm David Carlsen and I am a Business/Special Education Teacher for the North Central Consortium School

ABOUT ME 

I grew up in Mason City and moved to Rockwell City, Iowa in 2004. My wife, Christie Carlsen, works for the Iowa Department of Corrections. We have six grandchildren that attend school in Barnum, Lake City,  and Ankeny.

Besides having the best job in the state of Iowa, I enjoy auto body repair and constructions. Christie and I have been building a house ourselves by Twin Lakes over the past three years. We also enjoy traveling to our grandchildren' sporting events and special occasions. 

I have worked on the current site of the North Central Consortium School for 15 years. Prior to my move to this area, I taught business courses at Clarksville Community School District.
